TRAFFIC ALERT: Baytown East Freeway EB at Uvalde tied up due to road resurfacing

HOUSTON -- A road resurfacing project has the Baytown East Freeway tied up eastbound at the Uvalde, Normandy and Federal exits.

Traffic is at a standstill as cars began stacking up behind this road work. Avoid the area if you can, or seek alternate routes to get around this major jam.
