One person hurt in Kingwood house fire

KINGWOOD, TX (KTRK) -- An elderly woman was treated for smoke inhalation after a fire that ravaged her home in Kingwood this morning. She is expected to be OK.

An Eyewitness News viewer captured the blaze on camera as the flames devastated the home in the 2200 block of Thousand Pines Drive at Woodland Hills.

Houston firefighters responded to the fire around 9:45am.

A firefighter was also checked out at the hospital after he went through a floor, but he was not seriously injured, according to HFD.

It's unclear at this time what started the fire.
