Mosque arson suspect gets bond
The arson suspect in a mosque fire was granted bond today.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The man accused of setting fire to a southwest Houston mosque on Christmas Day was granted bond today.

Gary Nathaniel Moore, 37, did not appear in court, but his lawyer did. The judge granted a $150,000, and Moore had to surrender his passport.

Moore's attorney maintains his client did not start the fire, but prosecutors say he was seen on surveillance video leaving the building and they also say lighter fluid was found in Moore's home -- the same accelerant found in the mosque.
