HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A three-alarm fire sent several west Harris County businesses up in smoke.
Around 9:00pm last night, firefighters were called to a shopping center on the Katy Freeway at Promenade Boulevard.
When they arrived, they learned the fire had started at an auto accessories shop and spread to other businesses. The flames were so intense, a second alarm had to be pulled.
Some 100 firefighters were called out to the scene to tackle the fire before it was finally brought under control.
There is a lot of damage, but no one was hurt. The cause of this fire is still unknown.
