Art exhibit focuses on the meaning of "Home"

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A new exhibit called "Home - So Different, So Appealing" is now on display at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.

The exhibit explores how both Latino artists from the United States and artists from Latin America interpret the meaning of "home" in their work.

MFAH's Mari Carmen says the exhibit showcases 100 works by 39 different artists from Cuba, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Colombia, Guatemala, Uruguay and Venezuela.

"Home - So Different, So Appealing" runs through January 21st at MFAH.
