Man wanted after dog severely injured in Crosby fire
Investigators say they need your help finding a man who set fire to a kennel with a dog still inside.

CROSBY, Texas (KTRK) -- Investigators say they need your help finding a man who set fire to a kennel with a dog still inside.

Edwin Jermaine Stewart is accused of injuring the canine on November 16 in Crosby.

The Harris County Fire Marshal's Office says the dog was left with scarring, lacerations and ulcerations on 60 percent of the animal's body after Stewart doused the kennel with an ignitable liquid and set it on fire.

Stewart was charged with cruelty to a non-livestock animal, but remains on the run.
