Investigation underway after man found dead near University of Houston-Downtown campus

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Houston Police say a man's body has been found near the University of Houston-Downtown campus.

The body was found near a parking lot in the 200 block of Girard near Travis.

Police and Houston fire crews are headed to the scene to investigate.
