Man rides surfboard on flooded streets

LOS ANGELES (KTRK) -- A man in Huntington Beach, California used the severe flooding to street surf through his neighborhood.

Heavy storms have hit parts of California over the weekend and Californians took advantage of it.

It might not be the smartest thing to do, as you can see the car is driving just feet behind him, but it does look AWESOME.
