HOUSTON (KTRK) -- From Houston to Pasadena, a day of heavy showers has brought high water back to the area.

In fact, near 288 and Sims Bayou, it saw 4 and a half inches of rain in one hour.

A police officer saw a stalled car and immediately called for a high water rescue vehicle.

When the officer got closer, he noticed that no one was in the car.
