HOUSTON (KTRK) -- If you're thinking about back-to-school, be sure not to forget to add your child's health to your list.

Houston Independent School District reminds parents that you can get your kids immunized this summer for free to meet school requirements.

There are many opportunities to get free vaccines this summer, courtesy of Texas Children's Hospital's SuperKids Mobile Clinic and Ronald McDonald Care Mobile Clinic, according to the HISD site.

Also, check out Texas' minimum vaccination requirements here to see which ones your child may be missing.

When heading out to one of the mobile clinics, HISD reminds parents to not forget to take your child's immunization records.

HISD notes, in addition to immunizations, the mobile clinics offer sports and school physicals, illness examinations, health care and nutritional information, referrals to medical and social services, and even help applying for public insurance.

Check out the full list of dates, locations, and times of the mobile clinics this summer here on the HISD website.
