HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Disposable cups may be the way to go when it comes to that morning cup of joe at the office.
A new study from the University of Arizona found that 90 percent of the mugs left in office kitchens are coated with germs.
Researchers said that 20 percent of those cups carry fecal matter.
According to those researchers, sponges used in the office kitchen actually help spread bacteria and germs.
