WACO, TX (KTRK) -- More than 73,000 pounds of beef are being recalled over concerns about E. coli.
H&B Packing Co., of Waco, said the beef was sold to food manufacturers across the state of Texas, but so far there have been no confirmed reports of illness.
The boneless beef was packed in 60-pound boxes, and carries a case code of 69029 and production date of March 6.
The beef also has an establishment number of "EST. M13054" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
The company said the problem was discovered when food inspectors found a sample of their beef tested positive for E. coli.
