HOUSTON (KTRK) -- From gumbo to chicken noodle, soup lovers could find a little bit of everything at the Westchase Rotary Club's third annual Souper Bowl.
Teams competed on the merits of their creations.
"We don't charge anyone to come in. They can come free of charge, eat free and also donate if they want to," said Dee Jones from Alief ISD.
This is the third year in a row that the Alief Independent School District's culinary arts team took part in the Souper Bowl. The high school team competed against businessmen and women in the Westchase District, all with dreams of taking home the big prize.
