HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston is certainly an international city with cuisine from all over the world. This morning, ABC-13's Don Nelson got a chance to talk with some local chefs about their favorite international dish for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Stopping by were Chef Kenneth Burke of Ibiza food and Wine Bar, Chef Kaiser Lashkari of Himalaya Restaurant, Chef Donald Chang of Nara Houston, Roberto Castre of Latin Bites, Chef Arnaldo Richards of Pico's, Milton Jones of Caribbean Cuisine, and Brandi Key from Coppa Osteria. The chefs created a wide range of Thanksgiving classics from around the world, including a wild mushroom and brie tartine from France, a Korean inspired pork shank, jerk chicken, tamales and Indian spiced lamb with rice.

Watch Don Nelson's interviews with the chefs and check out a few of their recipes below.
