CONROE, TX (KTRK) -- No fear looms over a parent's mind quite like the thought of their child dying as a result of a terrible accident, but one year ago Bobby and Leighann Bailie were faced with just that.

Fortunately, the quick thinking of the parents, as well as a fast response from Montgomery County Hospital District personnel, a young girl's life was saved and celebrated on Wednesday afternoon at the MCHD Board room in Conroe.

On July 23, 2013, one of the Bailies' 9-month-old twin daughters had wandered into the family's backyard and fallen into their pool. Bobby immediately ran to pull Eloise out of the water while Leighann called 911, hoping their baby would make it through the terrifying ordeal.

"In that moment I couldn't even think," Bobby Bailie said. "It was just sheer panic."
