Body found floating in water at Willow Waterhole Greenway Park

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston police are investigating a suspicious death after finding a body in southwest Houston.

Around 6:00pm last night, a man walking his dog along the water in the 5100 block of Gasmer spotted the body of an adult male floating in the water. When police arrived, the discovered the body had been tied to some object weighing it down.

Police did not release any other information.

The body of water is connected to Willow Waterhole Greenway Park.
