The Texans beat the Colts 23-19 on Saturday, bringing Houston back in the playoffs for the first time in four years.
The entire wild card schedule was released during the second half of the Bills and Dolphins game on Sunday. Texans fans waited all day after securing the AFC South division.
Now that the Titans beat the Jaguars on Sunday, the Texans won their first AFC South championship since 2019 and earned a home game. The Browns, who beat the Texans 36-22 on Dec. 24, already have sewn up the No. 5 seed.
Houston fans were at the edge of their seats and, and in a rare event, were rooting for the Titans with the uncertainty of the Texans being as low as the No. 7 seed.
Thankfully, Texans fans can cheer for Houston once again and wait for their favorite players to go against the Browns at NRG Stadium.

Indianapolis (9-8) was eliminated from the playoff chase with its third loss in five weeks. It hasn't made the postseason since 2020.
Reaching the postseason sure hasn't been easy for Houston with a new head coach, a new quarterback, a short-handed receiving corps, and needing a win at a venue where the Texans had only won four times in the previous 20 seasons.

Still, Houston finished the job Saturday with a strong performance - and a little help from Indy.
