Houston police said a fight escalated to a deadly shooting around 2 a.m. The video appeared to show a group of people arguing in a gas station parking lot at Cook and Beechnut in southwest Houston.
The fight poured into the street where it appears Green was shot for the last time. That's when the video cuts to the aftermath, and eventually paramedics covering Green with a sheet.
Police have not released a motive in the case or suspect information.
ABC13 talked to a man who knows the neighborhood well and couldn't believe what he was seeing in the video.
T. Lewis doesn't recognize anyone's voice, face or clothing but hopes somebody does and calls police.
"I never saw anything like that before," he said. "Wow, makes me kinda nervous of being in the area now, that's sad, that's sad."
