Multiple deputies could be seen removing a person from a dark-colored sedan and taking them into custody.

The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office responded to the scene, but has not revealed any details surrounding the apparent chase or what led up to it.

ABC13 has reached out to Precinct 4 deputies for more information and is awaiting a response.

All lanes of the freeway were reopened by noon.
