HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A second person has been charged following a SWAT standoff near a Kingwood elementary school.

According to court documents, Molly Gundrum has been charged with hindering apprehension with the intent to hinder the arrest of Travis Bingham.
According to the Lavaca County Attorney's Office, Bingham had been on the run since April 13, after failing to appear for his trial on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender.
SkyEye13 was over the SWAT standoff in the 3500 block of Garden Lake Drive, near Bear Branch Elementary, last week and captured video of a heavy law enforcement presence surrounding the home. Bingham was arrested following the standoff.
