Officials say that Leland Fleming, 65, is now charged with three counts of indecency with a child.
According to MCSO, Fleming used to work with children's choirs and homeschool groups.
Court documents obtained by ABC13 show that three victims came forward back in May and told investigators that Fleming abused them when they were children. Additionally, court records reveal the crude allegations against Fleming, including touching a 9-year-old inappropriately in May 2013 while telling the child he missed his dead wife.
Investigators say another victim was 16 years old in 2002 when she had an encounter with Fleming. The third victim was between 6 and 7 years old between 1998 and 1999 when she says Fleming sexually abused her, investigators said.
According to investigators, Fleming admitted to sexually abusing the three victims when confronted about it in 2026 by the victims and a church elder.
Fleming moved to Arkansas in 2019, where they arrested him in the last few days, and he has since been extradited and brought to the Montgomery County Jail.
Investigators have not confirmed the name of the youth organization he was involved in before his move from Houston.
