The Houston Fire Department responded to the heavy smoke and flames just after 3 p.m. on Thursday.
SkyEye video shows the massive smoke blowing in the air. As of now, there have been no reports of any injuries.
According to HFD spokesperson Brent Taylor, putting out the fire has been difficult because pallets, debris, and a large truck were in the way.
Taylor said at least 100 firefighters and arson investigators are at the scene.
"Air quality and water quality are being monitored," Taylor said. "No indication of any need for shelter in place or any concerns from any hazardous materials at this time."
Authorities believe the building is furniture stock.
The fire appears to be inside and outside of the building. It remains unclear what led to the fire.
