According to court documents, in March, the 18-year-old woman was charged with unlawful disclosure of intimate video material.
However, a grand jury just returned a "no bill." So for now, the case against her won't move forward.
Eyewitness News spoke with her ex, Michael Bassett, when the charge was first filed.

Bassett said he took the videos of himself and his ex having sex in his truck on Valentine's Day at her urging.
"It really is extremely embarrassing," Bassett said. "I mean, I took those out of confidence, not thinking they would get - I don't have an OnlyFans or anything. I don't sell pictures and stuff of my body."
His ex was arrested when investigators say she showed the video to several of his friends hanging out at the bar District 249 in northwest Harris County.
Bassett also told Eyewitness News that his ex had asked him to drop the charges after her arrest. At that time, he told her, "No."
"My advice to other young men is just avoid taking videos and whatnot 'cause tomorrow's promised to nobody. Your relationship is not promised to you tomorrow, and these women out here can be evil," Bassett said.
