HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Court records show that a Harris County Sheriff's Office deputy accused of breaking into his wife's home now has a burglary charge dismissed by a district attorney.
Deputy Justin Holcombe was accused of kicking down the door of his wife's home and grabbing her, according to court records. In addition, Holcombe admitted to kicking down the door, court records stated.
Records added that prosecutors are now dismissing the charge at the request of Holcombe's wife.
Holcombe was placed on administrative leave pending an internal affairs investigation.
