Just before noon, TranStar cameras showed the crash had blocked all but one lane, leaving a single lane for traffic to get by.
Footage from the scene also showed a fire truck and other first responders at the crash site.
Drivers are urged to use Almeda Road or Cullen Boulevard as alternate routes.
