Officials said it began in Galveston County at about 6:30 p.m. Friday before 58-year-old Julie Blow began traveling up the Gulf Freeway.
Blow was arrested and charged with evading.
The pickup truck ended up driving on the rims and threw sparks along the road.
ABC13's SkyEye caught the moments the driver stopped the vehicle on the NASA Bypass.
The chase eventually turned into a stand off with several officers in Clear Lake.
Police surrounded the vehicle as Blow got out and surrendered.
It's unknown if she had weapons in the truck.
We don't know what prompted the chase.
Blow's bond has been set at $30,000.
