A grand opening celebration featured 23-time Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps.

The Crystal Lagoon is not open to the public. You have to live in the community. Home prices in area, located near N. Sam Houston Parkway and Woodland Hills Drive, start in the $200,000 range.
