HFD conducts rescue after worker falls from scaffolding

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston firefighters rescued three workers who were trapped on scaffolding this morning.

It happened in the 2900 block of Richmond in the Greenway Plaza area.

Firefighters say the workers were trapped on what's known as a Swing Stage. It's a type of scaffolding often used by window washers.

One worker did fall and was taken to the hospital. Firefighters were able to rescue the other two workers.
