1 killed and 1 injured after car crash in South Houston

SOUTH HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A woman is dead following a deadly car crash in South Houston.

The head-on wreck happened on Spencer Highway between 9th and 10th streets.

Police say a woman was killed after the vehicle she was in crossed over into oncoming traffic and crashed into a Mustang.

At this time, the identity of the woman killed is unknown. The condition of the Mustang driver is also unknown.
