Will heavy rain wash away your 4th of July plans?

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- If you're thinking about making plans for the Fourth of July holiday, heavy rain could wash them away.

Meteorologist David Tillman says when you wake up, expect heavy rain in the area. The heavy rain will last through the middle part of the afternoon Wednesday.
