Refugee children experience first snow with pure joy

CANADA -- The idea of a winter storm might not make us giddy, but for young refugees in Canada, their first experience with the winter weather was magical.

This brother and sister duo from Africa rushed outside to dance around in falling snowflakes.

The 43-second video clip has been viewed millions of time on Twitter, and was even retweeted by Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
