HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- After a stormy start to your Monday, we'll be turning hotter and more humid for the rest of the week.
Most areas will dry out Monday afternoon, however we can't rule out a few thunderstorms as the Gulf winds return. One piece of good news from these storms will be the cooler afternoon temperatures. Highs in the mid to upper 80s.
The rest of the week looks hot and steamy with only a small chance for daily afternoon downpours.
