Beautiful weather ahead this weekend

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Temperatures will be warm this weekend as warmer air blows in from the Gulf.

Saturday will start off cool with morning temperatures in the mid-50s. Clouds return by the afternoon and temperatures warm near 80 degrees.

Southerly winds increase on Sunday bringing more humidity across southeast Texas along with more clouds, but slim rain chances. Highs will be in the low 80s.

Our quiet weather pattern comes to an abrupt halt early next week as storms return across our region.
