PORTLAND, Oregon (KTRK) -- A Portland couple is praising UPS for going above and beyond to keep their son calm on an airplane.
The couple ordered an iPad online to keep their son occupied during a flight to Legoland Florida, but the package never showed up to their home.
They called UPS to ask about the iPad but got no results. The day of the flight, they figured it wouldn't make it.
Two hours before they departed, a supervisor met them with the iPad in his hand.
The family said with so many customer complaints this time of year, they wanted to salute a business for delivering on a promise.
