Wreck causing traffic jam on West Loop NB at Bellaire Blvd

A traffic jam is building on northbound lanes of the West Loop at Bellaire Boulevard because of an accident involving five vehicles.

Details about the accident weren't immediately available but the wreck initially had the entire highway shut down. Now, two of the five lanes have opened.
