Water main breakage shuts down road in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas (KTRK) -- If you're headed to or from The Woodlands area this weekend, here's a heads up on a road closure.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office posted to their Facebook that Research Forest will be closed in both directions at Technology Forest.

According to the post, the shutdown comes after a major water breakage caused road damage.

While crews work to repair the damage, they expect it to take about four days.
