Slow traffic on SB lanes of I-45 at Dallas due to stalled big rig

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A stalled big rig on the southbound lanes of I-45 at West Dallas Street is causing some major congestion in the area.

The rig stalled just after 1pm near downtown.

At least two main lanes are blocked at this time.
