Ramp from 59 to North Loop back open after sewage spill

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Sewage spilled from a big rig had the Eastex Freeway northbound ramp to 610 shut down for hours today.

The truck was hauling raw sewage, and after the accident, the load leaked from the container. TxDOT crews cleaned up the mess and the ramp was back opened by 1:45pm.
