Overturned truck closes SW Fwy southbound at West Loop

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- If you are traveling on the Southwest Freeway southbound near the West Loop, expect delays.

An overturned 18-wheeler is blocking the southbound ramp going from U.S. 59 to the 610 West Loop.

Traffic cameras show the truck on its side as vehicles are backing up behind the crash.

We do not know how the accident happened or the condition of the driver.
