HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Traffic on the outbound Gulf Freeway was flowing again Friday afternoon hours after a cement truck rollover blocked lanes.
By 10 a.m., crews were still working to clean the spill from the truck near Griggs Road.
But the lanes reopened soon after.
The incident was first reported around 5 a.m. but it wasn't known what exactly happened.
