Lost load on North Loop at North Freeway cleared

HOUSTON -- A heavy truck lost its load on the westbound lanes of the North Loop at the North Freeway, causing a traffic mess for a few hours Tuesday afternoon.

At one point, all lanes were closed at I-45, then all but two center lanes were open. According to TxDOT, the accident caused some pavement damage. At 2:40pm, the situation was reported cleared.
