HazMat spill has eastbound lanes I-10 at E. Sam Houston Parkway closed

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- There's a big traffic alert to let you know about on the east side of town.

The eastbound lanes of I-10 at the East Sam Houston Parkway is shut down due to a HazMat situation. The lanes were shut down around 3:30am. Traffic is getting by on the feeder road.
