HazMat spill causing traffic mess at FM 1093 and SH 99

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A two-vehicle accident and HazMat spill is causing a big traffic mess along the Grand Parkway and FM 1093.

We're told a truck hauling acid overturned in the wreck.

The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office and other agencies are on the scene. All eastbound lanes of FM 1093 and northbound lanes of State Highway 99 are closed

Two people are being transported by EMS.
