HOUSTON, Texas -- The Texas Department of Transportation suspended Grand Parkway toll charges during Hurricane Harvey and the two weeks following, but it will resume collections at 4 a.m. Thursday.

Tolled portions of the Grand Parkway include Segments E, F-1 , F-2 and G-which extend from I-10 West to Hwy. 59-as well as Segment I-2, which extends from I-10 East to Fisher Road in Chambers County.

Grand Parkway tolls were waived Aug. 27, TxDOT Public Information Officer Danny Perez said. The following lanes were closed due to flooding during the storm:

Southbound main lanes and entrance ramp were closed at Bridgeland Creek Parkway

Northbound main lanes and entrance ramp were closed at Clay Road

Both areas reopened to traffic after the storm was over, Perez said.

Information on Grand Parkway toll fees and billing can be found at www.TxTag.org.

Several other Greater Houston area toll roads also resumed normal operations this week.
