I-10 and McCarty reopens after dozens of vehicles stranded due to flooding

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Heavy rain and flooding Thursday night stranded dozens of cars on I-10 East at McCarty.

Drivers told ABC13 they had been on the freeway for at least two to three hours.
