HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Ready to Rodeo? If you plan to head to NRG to enjoy BBQ, the shows or the rides, you'll want to make a parking and transportation plan in advance.

Three on-site lots are available for public parking: The NRG Yellow Lot, off Main Street; the OST Lot, near Old Spanish Trail and Braeswood; and the 610 Lot, where Astroworld used to be (Kirby and Bellfort).

During The World Championship BBQ Contest, the cost to park is $20, and during the show it's $15.

METRO is also offering several Park and Ride locations from remote lots.

The last inbound bus from METRO Park & Ride locations to NRG Park departs lots at 9 p.m. The last bus departs NRG Park at 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
