Downed tree blocks I-10 East freeway ramp at Lockwood

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A large tree is blocking the I-10 East freeway ramp at Lockwood.

The tree was brought down by early morning strong storms.

Crews are on the scene. Drivers should take caution in the area.
