Flipped big rig slows traffic on East Freeway

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A flipped big rig is causing traffic tie-ups on the East Freeway, thanks to a container wedged up against a bridge.

The accident occurred on the East Freeway near the westbound exit to the 610 loop.
