Big rig accident causes big delays on SW Freeway at Spur 527

HOUSTON -- All inbound traffic came to a halt on the Southwest Freeway at Spur 527 following a big rig accident. A couple of lanes have since reopened but the wreck is causing a major back up in the area.

The wreck happened just before 2pm.

It's unclear if there were any other vehicles involved in the accident. No word of any injuries.
