Accident closes all NB lanes of I-45 at Oak Ridge Drive

Crews have shut down all northbound lanes of I-45 at Oak Ridge Drive because of an accident.
The two-vehicle accident was verified at 4:01pm. The Texas Department of Transportation says someone is trapped inside one of the vehicles and they're trying to rescue that person.
TxDOT says there's damage to the guardrail, but there are no reports of a fuel leak.
Right now, cars are able to drive around the accident via the left shoulder of the highway, but traffic is backed up in the area.
